Home Page

The Home page is the main page of the shop. In this page, you will find a listing of item categories. Below the item categories, you will find miscellaneous items that do not belong to any category. From the Home page, you can browse through the item categories or click on class to see the item classes. You can add miscellaneous items listed in the Home page to your shopping cart.

Account Login Page

You do not need to login to your account with us to browse through our shop and add items to your shopping cart. But you need to login before you checkout. You also need to login to check on the status of your existing orders and to view, change or add to your account information.

Registering an Account

If you do not have an account with us, you can register with us in the Account Login page. We do not require more information than what is necessary to process your order. Registering your account with us will save you the time and bother of having to enter your address, payment and other details for every order you place with us.

Account Info Page

The Account Info page displays your account information. You can add or change your account information from this page. You can change your password, change your billing address, add or change a shipping address, add or update a credit card from this page.

Search Site

You can search for any item on this page. If you know the name or part of the name of an item, enter it in the search field. All items whose names begin with the keywords you entered will be displayed. If you find the item you are looking for in the search results, click on it: you will be taken to the page containing the details of that item. We also have a more advanced search option. This allows you to search for an item based on a keyword, minimum, maximum price, item category or a combination of these.

View Shopping Cart

The view cart shows the items added to the cart along with the item details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart too. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Checkout button to checkout of the shop or continue shopping.

Checkout

If you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button. The checkout page will give you the value of the items that you have bought and the taxes on it. Next, select the mode of delivery of the items and the shipping address. You may add a new shipping address to your list from this page. Shipping charges are now calculated and added to the item value and taxes. As a final step, select your payment method. If 'credit cards' is your chosen option, the order value will be charged to your default credit card, but you may change your default credit card here or even add a new credit card to your list. You could choose to pay using Microsoft Wallet or by check, cash or any other option. Click on the Confirm Order button to confirm your order. Your order will be created and a mail sent to you giving the order details.

Order Tracking

You can check on the status of an earlier order by clicking on this button. This page gives you the options of viewing an individual order or the summary of all orders that you have placed with us. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier.

  5. Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox and click OK

  1. Select "Tools" from the top menu
  2. Choose "Options"
  3. Choose "Content" from the top navigation
  4. Select the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript" and click OK

Apple Safari

  1. Select "Safari" from the top menu
  2. Choose "Preferences"
  3. Choose "Security"
  4. Select the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"

Opera Browser

  1. Select "Tools" from the top menu
  2. Choose "Preferences"
  3. Choose "Content" from the left navigation
  4. Check the box next to "Enable JavaScript" and click OK.

Google Chrome

  1. Close any open Chrome windows
  2. Right click the Google Chrome icon in your desktop, then click Properties.
  3. Click Shortcut tab.
  4. Remove the "-disable-javascript" parameter in the Target field.
  5. Click the OK button.

  6. You can also select the "Enable cookies based on privacy settings" setting but if this option is selected, only the cookies, which have a privacy policy and match the privacy settings of the client, will be created.

  1. Select "Tools" from the top menu
  2. Choose "Options"
  3. Click the "Privacy" icon on the top navigation
  4. Select the checkbox next to "Accept cookies from sites" and click OK

Apple Safari

  1. From the menu bar at the top click on Safari > Preferences
  2. Click on the Security Tab
  3. Select Accept Cookies : "Only from sites you navigate to"

Opera Browser

  1. Go to Tools > Preferences
  2. Click on the Advanced Tab, Scroll down to the Cookies Tab
  3. Check the box next to "Accept Cookies" or "Accept only cookies from the site I visit" and click OK.

Google Chrome

  1. Click Settings > Options
  2. Go to Under the Hood Tab and scroll down.
  3. Here you can Enable or Selectively Enable Cookies.

Clearing Cache and Cookies

Clearing your Web browser cache forces the browser to load the latest versions of Web pages and programs you visit. Please Select a browser on the right and follow the instructions below:


Internet Explorer

  1. Click Gear Icon or Tools from the Internet Explorer menubar
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click the General tab
  4. Click the Delete... button in the Browsing history section
  5. Select the checkboxes for Temporary Internet files and Cookie
  6. Click the Delete button
  7. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box
  8. If you still have a problem, repeat the steps above and restart the computer.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click Tools from the Firefox menubar
  2. Click Clear Recent History... from the Tools menu
  3. Select the checkboxes for Cache and Cookies
  4. Click the Clear Now button


Apple Safari

  1. Click the Edit menu
  2. Select Empty Cache
  3. Click Empty
  4. Click the Safari menu
  5. Select Preferences
  6. Click Security
  7. Click Show Cookies
  8. Click Remove All
  9. Click Done to close the cookies list
  10. Close the Preferences dialog box


Opera Browser

  1. Click Tools from the Opera menubar
  2. Click Delete Private Data from the Tools menu
  3. Click Detailed Options in the Delete Private Data dialog box
  4. Select the checkboxes for Delete entire cache and Delete all cookies
  5. Click the Delete button


Google Chrome

  1. Click the wrench icon on browser tool bar
  2. Select Tools
  3. Select Clear browsing data
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for Empty the cache and Delete cookies
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data
