Sales Executive- Rent To Own (RTO) Channel
Position Summary:
Consistently achieves sales goals by assertively approaching daily sales behaviors determined by Director of Sales, through cold calling, in person prospecting, community business networking , questioning and qualifying in the Rent-To- Own Sales Channel. Building of trust based relationships and the ability to expand them into profitable partners is the ultimate goal. Travel to customer sites and some overnight travel will be required. Daily, Weekly, and monthly activities will be monitored by the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Assertively meet and exceed sales goals as directed by:
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers by cold calling via phone or in person
- Attending industry trade shows, and building relationships
- Maintain contact and strengthen existing business relationships through phone contact, customer site visits and product demonstrations
- Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers
- Qualify sales across all divisions and products segments
- Demonstrate professional knowledge of the Rent-to-Own business model
- Assist in the formation of territory management plans and yearly budget and quota formation
- Negotiate effectively
- Be responsive to change
- Effectively deal with stress
- Refuse to become emotionally involved
- Become a master problem solver
- Continually learn, grow and change
- Overnight travel will be required
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Technology field/ BS in Business preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in Technology, Software or Rent-to-own sales or administration.
- Previous sales experience in the business - Rent-To-Own channel
- Budgeting and Forecasting Skils
- Superior negotiating skil/li>
- Responsive to change
- Ability to manage ultiple personalities and types of sales employees
- Strategic Thinker, with a high tolerance for stress
- Ability to stay emotionally un-involved
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Applied Computer Technology . A 4 year degree in Business, Management, Marketing,or Psychology
- 2-5 years of Sales Experience
- 3 Years of Sales Experience in IT, Managed Services, Software or like Business to Business or Rent-to-Own sales channels
- Previous (verifiable) earnings of at least $60K
- High Self esteem
- Competitive, motivated, organized, Open to change and willing to learn
Compensation:
- Compensation for this position is Salary Base + Commission
- Opportunity to earn $65K to $75K+ first year.

CybertronPC is seeking Sales Account Managers.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will drive revenue generation and customer management in an assigned territory or industry channel. You will build and manage on-going relationships with customers and partners, prospect for new accounts, conduct business planning for major opportunities in the territory and identifying strategic routes to market, qualify leads, develop strategies to manage accounts to closure, increase revenue, develop and maintain a network of channel partners, and create and manage relationships with executives in our target market. You will also understand customers growth IT plans, budget, and project timelines and map to revenue goals. You will maintain post-sales satisfaction that enables repeat business and customer satisfaction with end user customers.
