5150 Escape FX Quad-Core GamingPC
All in all the computer I got is better then the one I was expecting
I bought this computer because I needed a second computer with gaming capabilities. I have used it about 2 weeks and have had no issues so far. Unpacking, hooking up, and startup went smooth. I have been playing Dota 2 with the settings turned all the way up with no problems. On amazon the computers description lists a 3.6GHz AMD FX 4100 processor, 6 Fan LED Control, 400 watt power supply, 2 internal 2.5" slots. The computer I got has a 3.8GHz AMD FX 4130 processor, only 3 fans included for the control (which is perfectly fine), 500 watt power supply, and no 2.5" internal slots that I could see. Also, the mother board is different from the description. The one in my computer is a GA-78LMT-USB3. It has 4 USB 3.0 connectors (2 front and 2 back) and 4 slots for memory that support dual channel memory. All in all the computer I got is better then the one I was expecting. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
Product is good. Had it for almost a year.Only complaint on this product is the PCI-Express slot. Internally, the Radeon component extends down to the PCI-Express area and blocks access to plug anything into that slot. I bought a PCI-Express Wi-Fi card and expected the ability to use it as advertised but looks like I'll have to get something else now.. Thanks CyberTron..
I got me one sort of like this, but better upgrades like a Gtx 750 video card. I really enjoy my new computer and the graphics are awesome. I hope to add more memory to have 32 gb's total. I got a 600 watt power supply too with only 16gb of ram!
) I am very disappointed that it didn't come with all 6 fans that ...
It is wicked fast....so far.....:) I am very disappointed that it didn't come with all 6 fans that it boasts controls for. It only cam with 3 installed. But other than that, it is everything I was hoping for. I haven't had time yet to really test it, but the games I did try are working flawlessly.
best bang for your buck
I've had the computer for 2 days so far and all I can say is WOW. the 2 games I play mostly are H1Z1 and dayZ. On dayz it can run high settings smoothly with very little frame drop. On H1Z1 it runs 1920 perfectly looks beautiful. The only complaint I have is yes it can have 6 fans but it only come with 3 but overheating hasn't been a problem thus far I highly recommend this computer it's super fast and pretty quiet
Set up was fast and easy. So far runs great
Came within the two day guarantee, box undamaged. Set up was fast and easy. So far runs great. Small problem with setting up my Logitech digital speakers, but that was a "me" thing. Fan is very quiet and smooth. So glad that it came with Windows 7 and not that junk Windows 8. Front of the computer is pleasing to the eye. Played a couple of games and also smooth. Having all the discs for windows, mother board, etc. was another added plus as most manufacturers don't do that anymore and have them stored a partition on the hard drive. So far, no negatives other than would like to have seen a in depth manual, but not a biggie. Will update further at a later date with my experiences after using for a year.
A few problems,,,
Had an issue with the 1st unit, quit after a few days. The replacement has been in and working ok for a few months now with no problems. Be careful about returns as there was a 600+ hold on my debit account for the replacement RMA unit and the hold wasn't lifted until the defective unit was received back. Next time I will just send my in and wait for the replacement.
PC doesn't work out of the box.
I purchased this PC off of Amazon and gave it to my brother for Christmas. He opened it and was very excited to get it up and running. The lights and fans turned on, but when connecting the monitor, there was no display. We tried all the cables (DVI, VGA and HDMI) and none of them worked. I had a friend who is very good with computers check it out and he said that it may be the video card. He then tested out the on-board video card, and that still didn't work. We also tried getting the display to appear on a different monitor with no success, so we know the issue isn't the monitor. After testing both the video card and the on board video card, we figured the issue must be with the motherboard. This was my brother's big gift for Christmas and what we received was a non-functioning PC. Very upset.
Cybertron - You can't go wrong
I have been using Cybertron computers for many years now. Probably have purchased at least 20 for my business and personal use. They are absolutely wonderful. Before using Cybertron, I was purchasing computers with the BIG NAMES. We were always having issues with them. Since switching to the Cybertrons we have had virtually no problems that relate to the computer itself. We still have to be vigilant with our backups and our virus protection, but the computers have performed flawlessly. You can buy with confidence.
I bought this computer for my son to play on Steam with. The graphics card is good enough to play most games. Comes with Windows 8 and runs great. Packaging was good enough to get it delivered undamaged. I'd buy it again.
Great performace, decently priced.
The boot time is about what I was getting with my last PC, but I'm very happy with what this machine has done. I also had a small incident with the front audio jack not allowing the microphone to work properly, but the customer service was available and ready to help with resolve that issue. All and all, not a bad moderately priced PC for gaming and doing other tasks as well. Very happy with this purchase.
... down completely after 8 months (got unlucky with a bad HD), but they have AMAZING customer servi
Computer broke down completely after 8 months (got unlucky with a bad HD) , but they have AMAZING customer service, and fixed me right up ( there is a 1 year warranty!) I am thoroughly impressed with their prompt, thorough, and caring customer service. Would buy another CybertronPC again in the future.
Great, Well Built and Affordable PC
I was eventually forced to find a replacement PC after my Dell XPS of several years finally gave up the ghost.I don't use a PC very often at home any more, but I'm a software developer by profession and like to play World of Warcraft occasionally, so was looking for something that could provide the power needed for these specific tasks while not costing upwards of 1K as I knew in the long run, I wouldn't be using it all that much.I read many, many reviews of many, many machines and decided to take a chance on the CybertronPC 5150 - this was my first non-Dell PC purchase and I must say I am (so far) very pleased with my purchase. The case is a little larger than I expected, but not much and it's certainly more embellished than I'm used to, but I don't care much about the aesthetic. The first thing I did upon unpacking was to open the case and take a look inside - I'm very familiar with PC's and could have chosen to build my own, but why go to the trouble when you can get something equally nice pre-built?The inside is in a word, beautiful, one of the cleanest builds I've ever seen and there is plenty of room for air to circulate and for potential future expansion. Everything you need comes in the box, drivers, OS CD, manuals, etc..starting up the machine, the first thing you notice is the complete lack of pre-installed software - which is fantastic, Windows is installed and ready for activation, but other than that, nothing, just a nice clean machine ready to go - excellent.Performance has been very good, I do plan to install a Solid State Drive (from my now dead DELL) to get that extra bit of oomph. The graphics card (AMD Radeon HD6670), while it's a high-end OEM type card it is very good for the price and I can run World of Warcraft on Ultimate settings very comfortably, so I'm happy there.Overall I'm extremely pleased so far with this product, the only problem I had was with Power Saving; this rig has a 500W PSU,so I didn't want it running 24/7 as I don't use it enough, so I set up Windows to sleep when not in use and I noticed that it was waking up shortly after going to sleep. This turned out to be the Ethernet Network Card, to fix it you just need to turn off the option that allows the card to wake the PC up in the advanced power settings.
Bought it FOUR MONTHS ago. FOUR MONTHS of extremely average use. Worked fine until one day the monitor wouldn't connect. Just scanned, found nothing, then went to sleep.Unwilling to go through all the long distance hassle and down time, so took it to a reliable local tech.Turns out the mother board no longer works. No incident; it just stopped.Potential buyers strongly cautioned, to say the least. Will never come close to this brand again.
this was for my nephew.
