| WOW!!!!
I don t know where to start in thanking Philip Harley in your tech support department. I bought a unit from Cybertron a few years back for my son, but in the process of time and a faulty mother board, the unit finally died. I contacted tech support and spoke with Philip. The unit was way out of warranty but he was more than helpful in solving my problem. He helped me to determined the problem was a motherboard issue. Cybertron was willing to repair the unit but rebuilding the system was my final choice.
Philip Harley was very helpful with technical knowledge and advice. He helped me understand the systems and walk me through the process of rebuilding it. He was very patient and never one time caused me to feel that I was a bother to him, even though I contacted him several days for advice. He even helped me locate and pick the best
components. This is outstanding service considering that the unit
was way out of warranty, Cybertron had no reason to help me out.
Philip could have been like every other department Support Engineer and told me I was on my own and there was nothing they could do.
Thanks Cybertron, your tech support department is awesome. I have completely rebuilt my system and even though its not even in the same case I still call it my Cybertron PC. I just wish I could get some new stickers to put on it with your logo. I’m going to even add the
Cybertron logo and contact information in the “Manufactured and
supported by box” under the system properties. If I ever have to buy
another gaming unit, you can bet it will be a Cybertron. Your company knows the key to not only get new customers but keep the old ones, that key is service. Philip is the kind of man I would want working for me if I were to ever run my own business. Take good care of him because he takes outstanding care of your money, your customers.

Thank you both for excellent support and customer service this past week -- for efforts above and beyond the call of duty, and just general being-thereness. :) You guys are great.
I thought you might like to know (Phil was along for some of this) that when I finally had a working copy of Windows XP I was able to go in and, using Partition Magic, reactivate the old WinXP drive so I could look at it and copy files to a safe place. Then when I went back and booted, it showed both Win XP partitions, the one I d just re-installed, and the original (the good one), and would boot off either. Win 98 was not showing, but I used the Boot Magic rescue disk (which I originally thought wouldn t work, but it did) to find the Win 98 drive and boot from it. Once I was back in Win 98 I reactivated Boot Magic and now everything works just the way it s supposed to. I am ecstatic.
I am glad to have the XP SP2 disk as insurance in case I have another disaster, and even though we never needed the diagnostics CD, I have it now so am ready there as well. And I ve learned a few more invaluable lessons about this monster. :) So I m happy. (I shouldn t call it a monster -- I love my Cybertron -- but it s big, it s awesome -- yeah, it s a monster. :) ).

| Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You ,however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine.
While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself.

| I have just finished speaking with Teck Support. I must say they did everything to troublshoot my system for me. I have not had a customer care experience like this in a while. They were patient, understanding and very knowledgable. It is great to know that there are still companies like Cybertron concerned with service and support of the customer.

I ve been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today s experience has to be rated among the top that I ve ever had. | I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did.
Not only did they find us exactly what we needed, but they gave it to us at an unbelievable price and had it on our doorstep the following morning! There were no issues, no problems and no hidden costs. And the server was fast, sleek and cutting edge.
Needless to say CybertronPC became our company standard platform, and is now the only firm we buy our server hardware from or recommend to our customers.

| I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. (RMA 17478)
I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc.
In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support.
I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had.
The team is trully exceptional in the tech support
world.!!

| I encountered a problem with one of your computer products and tech support helped me locate the trouble. Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement.
Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request.
I am writing to inform you of the professional manner in which your people, especially Jason, dealt with me.

I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago.
I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn t offer.
I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM.
When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports.
The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box.
Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future.

| I don t usually write testimonials praising good service, as good service should be the norm (although, seldom is), however the service I received from Sahdi Marcos deserves recognition.
A couple of days after ordering a custom AMD XP computer system (about which Mr. Marcos was very accommodating) I called back to request a different operating system. It turns out the system had already been built and was on the delivery truck to UPS. Shadi asked the driver to hold the shipment and bring it back for reconfiguration, The operating system was swapped out and the system reshipped within a day!
I was not charged for my imposition and all billing adjustments were correctly executed and included with the order. It is a pleasure to find a company where customer service has real meaning. The computer system is also exactly as advertised and fired up, right out of the box, with no problems.
I look forward to doing business with you again and will recommend CybertronPC to anyone looking for computers or components.

| Thank you! No really, I mean it! I ve bought a lot of computer this-and-that over the years - invariably with the occasional items that had to be returned. Never have I received such high quality service though.
Perhaps it s a bit strange for a returned item to be accompanied by a letter of praise, but I was just so impressed with your prices, customer service, and technical support that I couldn t pass up the opportunity to commend you.
I, the customer, am the most important part of your business. Most companies, however, develop a certain superiority complex which declares the business more significant than the customer. Counter productive, yes, I know. Nevertheless, this is the mentality, whether implied or not, that comes across.
From the moment I made my first call to Cybertron International, I was sold. I was greeted with a caring voice that truly seemed interested in getting me what I wanted, not getting me to settle for what was available. Granted, I was given options, suggestions, and ideas, but I never felt pushed or that sting of a high-pressure sales person wanting to close the deal and move on to the next sucker. Instead, quite to the contrary, I was extended every courtesy and an atmosphere that screamed of whatever it takes.
So again, thank you. I will be doing business with you in the future.

I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less. The service more than makes up for and incovenience.
Your technical support people are wonderful to work with. They have helped me and have treated me with respect. They identified my technical level and worked with me at that level.
Your sales people are of great help in placing the order and in working on the order problem.

| I just wanted to say that my Pentium 4 1.8 GHz is great and so powerful. It is more than I needed and the price is the best. I am telling all my friends and business associates about CybertronPC. Your customer service is the greatest and Emad should get the support man of the year award ( if any such award exists).
I do most of my shopping online and when you are dealing with a faceless company that is miles away from you, customer service is something that you must be concerned about. The PC, I bought from you online was problem free but I was using it for a high tech studio application and it kept crashing. I contacted my hardware manufacturer and he informed me that I had a VIA motherboard and needed an Intel motherboard for the work that I would be doing. I called customer service and they were aware of the problem before I could fully tell him which impressed me. He upgraded me and then made me aware of a more functional RAMBUSS for the apps that I would be small price increase. I had my new PC in 2 days and IT KICKS @$$.
