I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less.   • I apologize for not replying to the Email sooner. I'd like to say that technical support is terrific. I d also like to ask if there are any other drivers needed other than the soundcard driver and the on-board LAN? I've noticed that the other On-board drivers are for 32-bit. What does that mean? Should I use them also? I have Windows XP, that's all I know.
