  • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

  • Hi Jeremiah, I don't have Phil's e-mail or I d send this to him, too. Please pass it along for me! (and pass it on to your manager as well -- I want your employers to know you're doing a great job). Thank you both for excellent support and customer service this past week -- for efforts above and beyond the call of duty, and just general being-thereness. :) You guys are great. I thought you might like to know (Phil was along for some of this) that when I finally had a working copy of Windows XP I was able to go in and, using Partition Magic, reactivate the old WinXP drive so I could look at it and copy files to a safe place. Then when I went back and booted, it showed both Win XP partitions, the one I d just re-installed, and the original (the good one), and would boot off either. Win 98 was not showing, but I used the Boot Magic rescue disk (which I originally thought wouldn't work, but it did) to find the Win 98 drive and boot from it. Once I was back in Win 98 I reactivated Boot Magic and now everything works just the way it's supposed to. I am ecstatic. I am glad to have the XP SP2 disk as insurance in case I have another disaster, and even though we never needed the diagnostics CD, I have it now so am ready there as well. And I've learned a few more invaluable lessons about this monster. :) So I'm happy. (I shouldn't call it a monster -- I love my Cybertron -- but it's big, it's awesome -- yeah, it's a monster. :) ).   • Just wanted to let you know that I called into your help desk this morning with an issue on a brand new system. Jason was the support Tech that helped me, and he did a great job. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. Please, pass on my Pat on the Back for Jason. This is the first system I've purchased from your company. I'm very pleased with the system, but more important I'm very pleased with your tech support. Great customer relations skills are not always easy to find, especially in today's market. KUDO's to your team.

  • I don't usually write testimonials praising good service, as good service should be the norm (although, seldom is), however the service I received from Sahdi Marcos deserves recognition.

    A couple of days after ordering a custom AMD XP computer system (about which Mr. Marcos was very accommodating) I called back to request a different operating system. It turns out the system had already been built and was on the delivery truck to UPS. Shadi asked the driver to hold the shipment and bring it back for reconfiguration, The operating system was swapped out and the system reshipped within a day!

    I was not charged for my imposition and all billing adjustments were correctly executed and included with the order. It is a pleasure to find a company where customer service has real meaning. The computer system is also exactly as advertised and fired up, right out of the box, with no problems.

    I look forward to doing business with you again and will recommend CybertronPC to anyone looking for computers or components.
