  • Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself.   • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help.
