  • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose.   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • I apologize for not replying to the Email sooner. I'd like to say that technical support is terrific. I d also like to ask if there are any other drivers needed other than the soundcard driver and the on-board LAN? I've noticed that the other On-board drivers are for 32-bit. What does that mean? Should I use them also? I have Windows XP, that's all I know.

  • I wanted to thank your company. I work at a technical helpdesk and deal with computer service all day. I have purchased 5 computers in the last 6 years. I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less. The service more than makes up for and incovenience

    Your technical support people are wonderful to work with. They have helped me and have treated me with respect. They identified my technical level and worked with me at that level.

    Your sales people are of great help in placing the order and in working on the order problem.
