  • Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself.   • Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.

  • Dear Cybertron, I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago. I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn't offer. I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM. When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports. The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box. Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future. Sincerely,

They components are high quality and the technical support has been amazing. Dollar for dollar they blow away the competition.   • I apologize for not replying to the Email sooner. I'd like to say that technical support is terrific. I d also like to ask if there are any other drivers needed other than the soundcard driver and the on-board LAN? I've noticed that the other On-board drivers are for 32-bit. What does that mean? Should I use them also? I have Windows XP, that's all I know.
