The server, which runs 5 channels of audio, is screaming fast (in fact, it may be a little overpowered!), and the desktop handles all of our audio editing needs without hesitation.   • So I spent weeks trying to find a capable build company to order 2 high end gaming systems. Some days I felt fried after hours of internet surfing and phone conversations. I went through the wasteland of IbuyPower and CyberPower and distributors like Tiger and Newegg some I could hardly understand and all with no commitment to in stock components availability or delivery time to get the systems. Dell which would not build the system I wanted was like speaking to a robot speaking from a script and stated long lead times. I searched and searched but could not find the quality, care and build I wanted. Finally I found Cybertron, hallelujah! I spoke with Dick Graham in Sales who cared about my hard earned dollars being spent, gave me instant information on what components were in stock and gave me target date for delivery that was reasonable and get this….a commitment. He stayed with me throughout build with updates….Came through on every commitment, met the delivery date and answered all and any buyer questions I needed around additional capacity and system specs. A BIG thanks to Dick! On receiving the systems a few cables shook loose but tech Support (Will and James) were immediately available, ready and willing to take all the time necessary to get resolution and an answer any questions. And Oh my God an understandable, intelligent American voice! I have 20 years+ in the IT arena and it was so nice to talk to someone that I was not telling them their job or technical knowledge. All the support you could ever need with the assurance that Cybertron is there if any concerns arise in the future. If any feedback I wish support can be available on the weekends in case problems arise. All in all I finally felt like the hard earned money spent was worth the quality given, genuine interest in my need and care from both sales and service support given. Keep it UP Cybertron!!!   • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

  • I don't usually write testimonials praising good service, as good service should be the norm (although, seldom is), however the service I received from Sahdi Marcos deserves recognition.

    A couple of days after ordering a custom AMD XP computer system (about which Mr. Marcos was very accommodating) I called back to request a different operating system. It turns out the system had already been built and was on the delivery truck to UPS. Shadi asked the driver to hold the shipment and bring it back for reconfiguration, The operating system was swapped out and the system reshipped within a day!

    I was not charged for my imposition and all billing adjustments were correctly executed and included with the order. It is a pleasure to find a company where customer service has real meaning. The computer system is also exactly as advertised and fired up, right out of the box, with no problems.

    I look forward to doing business with you again and will recommend CybertronPC to anyone looking for computers or components.

  • Dear Cybertron, I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago. I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn't offer. I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM. When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports. The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box. Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future. Sincerely,
