  • I apologize for not replying to the Email sooner. I'd like to say that technical support is terrific. I d also like to ask if there are any other drivers needed other than the soundcard driver and the on-board LAN? I've noticed that the other On-board drivers are for 32-bit. What does that mean? Should I use them also? I have Windows XP, that's all I know.

I had been looking for a new system for quite sometime and found your website, I phoned the company many times with many questions and each time I was serviced in a manner that can only be termed as Stellar...I began talking with Emad one of your sales Reps and I knew this was were I would purchase my system, Everyone is very informative and helpful and when my system arrived in a just a few short days I was thrilled at the job you had done, I mean it was so easy to get the system up and running I didn't even need tech support...I would and have recommended Cybertron to anyone looking for a new system or parts, Also Emad is a very nice guy and extremely educated on system components and such....Again many thanks awesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help.
