  • WOW!!!! I don't know where to start in thanking Philip Harley in your tech support department. I bought a unit from Cybertron a few years back for my son, but in the process of time and a faulty mother board, the unit finally died. I contacted tech support and spoke with Philip. The unit was way out of warranty but he was more than helpful in solving my problem. He helped me to determined the problem was a motherboard issue. Cybertron was willing to repair the unit but rebuilding the system was my final choice. Philip Harley was very helpful with technical knowledge and advice. He helped me understand the systems and walk me through the process of rebuilding it. He was very patient and never one time caused me to feel that I was a bother to him, even though I contacted him several days for advice. He even helped me locate and pick the best components. This is outstanding service considering that the unit was way out of warranty, Cybertron had no reason to help me out. Philip could have been like every other department Support Engineer and told me I was on my own and there was nothing they could do. Thanks Cybertron, your tech support department is awesome. I have completely rebuilt my system and even though its not even in the same case I still call it my Cybertron PC. I just wish I could get some new stickers to put on it with your logo. I'm going to even add the Cybertron logo and contact information in the "Manufactured and supported by box" under the system properties. If I ever have to buy another gaming unit, you can bet it will be a Cybertron. Your company knows the key to not only get new customers but keep the old ones, that key is service. Philip is the kind of man I would want working for me if I were to ever run my own business. Take good care of him because he takes outstanding care of your money, your customers. One very happy man

  • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • Thank you Cybertron for building me an awesome computer. I am blown away at how fast this system is. The computer booted up perfectly and everything that I had set up on my old computer worked. I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!

  • I just wanted to write in and let you know how great I think your desktop product is. It it fast, well built, with the latest gear, and great looking too. I researched a lot of other brands and places before I decided on the cybertron. You had the best price for the latest and greatest equipment. Not to mention your list of options is incredible. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know and consider you first on the list next time I go to buy a computer or any other computer equipment for that matter. Awesome product at a great price, keep it up! Also your shipping is AMAZING. I placed my special order on Sunday evening and you had it build and shipped right to my door by Wednesday afternoon.   • So I spent weeks trying to find a capable build company to order 2 high end gaming systems. Some days I felt fried after hours of internet surfing and phone conversations. I went through the wasteland of IbuyPower and CyberPower and distributors like Tiger and Newegg some I could hardly understand and all with no commitment to in stock components availability or delivery time to get the systems. Dell which would not build the system I wanted was like speaking to a robot speaking from a script and stated long lead times. I searched and searched but could not find the quality, care and build I wanted. Finally I found Cybertron, hallelujah! I spoke with Dick Graham in Sales who cared about my hard earned dollars being spent, gave me instant information on what components were in stock and gave me target date for delivery that was reasonable and get this….a commitment. He stayed with me throughout build with updates….Came through on every commitment, met the delivery date and answered all and any buyer questions I needed around additional capacity and system specs. A BIG thanks to Dick! On receiving the systems a few cables shook loose but tech Support (Will and James) were immediately available, ready and willing to take all the time necessary to get resolution and an answer any questions. And Oh my God an understandable, intelligent American voice! I have 20 years+ in the IT arena and it was so nice to talk to someone that I was not telling them their job or technical knowledge. All the support you could ever need with the assurance that Cybertron is there if any concerns arise in the future. If any feedback I wish support can be available on the weekends in case problems arise. All in all I finally felt like the hard earned money spent was worth the quality given, genuine interest in my need and care from both sales and service support given. Keep it UP Cybertron!!!
