But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help.   • I wanted to thank your company. I work at a technical helpdesk and deal with computer service all day. I have purchased 5 computers in the last 6 years. I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less. The service more than makes up for and incovenience

    Your technical support people are wonderful to work with. They have helped me and have treated me with respect. They identified my technical level and worked with me at that level.
