  • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again.   • I apologize for not replying to the Email sooner. I'd like to say that technical support is terrific. I d also like to ask if there are any other drivers needed other than the soundcard driver and the on-board LAN? I've noticed that the other On-board drivers are for 32-bit. What does that mean? Should I use them also? I have Windows XP, that's all I know.

  • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help.   • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it.
