  • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!! I'm glad I have a Cybertron computer! Keep up the good work. Many thanks

  • Hi Jeremiah, I don't have Phil's e-mail or I d send this to him, too. Please pass it along for me! (and pass it on to your manager as well -- I want your employers to know you're doing a great job). Thank you both for excellent support and customer service this past week -- for efforts above and beyond the call of duty, and just general being-thereness. :) You guys are great. I thought you might like to know (Phil was along for some of this) that when I finally had a working copy of Windows XP I was able to go in and, using Partition Magic, reactivate the old WinXP drive so I could look at it and copy files to a safe place. Then when I went back and booted, it showed both Win XP partitions, the one I d just re-installed, and the original (the good one), and would boot off either. Win 98 was not showing, but I used the Boot Magic rescue disk (which I originally thought wouldn't work, but it did) to find the Win 98 drive and boot from it. Once I was back in Win 98 I reactivated Boot Magic and now everything works just the way it's supposed to. I am ecstatic. I am glad to have the XP SP2 disk as insurance in case I have another disaster, and even though we never needed the diagnostics CD, I have it now so am ready there as well. And I've learned a few more invaluable lessons about this monster. :) So I'm happy. (I shouldn't call it a monster -- I love my Cybertron -- but it's big, it's awesome -- yeah, it's a monster. :) ).   • Dear Emad, Just a note of appreciation for the great service, excellent quality and price of your computers, and outstanding customer support. I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same. I have never seen this level of service in any company before and I will highly recommend Cybertron computers to everyone that is interested in the purchase of a new computer.
