Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.

I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!! I encountered a problem with one of your computer products and tech support helped me locate the trouble. Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement. Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request. I am writing to inform you of the professional manner in which your people, especially Jason, dealt with me. Thanks for running such a good company.

I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

I researched a lot of other brands and places before I decided on the cybertron. You had the best price for the latest and greatest equipment. Not to mention your list of options is incredible. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know and consider you first on the list next time I go to buy a computer or any other computer equipment for that matter. My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help.
